We want you to be confident using quiz24.app. This policy explains when charges are refundable. Charges are billed by EXK Software LLC (or our Merchant of Record) through our payment provider.
2. Refund eligibility
We evaluate refund requests individually. A refund may be granted where, for example:
- You were charged in error, or charged twice for the same result.
- The Service failed to deliver your result through no fault of yours.
Refunds are discretionary and are not guaranteed once a result has been successfully unlocked and viewed.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by your bank or card issuer.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster directly. We may dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.
