These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the quiz24.app website and related services (the "Service") operated by EXK Software LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Quiz24 lets you take guided self-discovery quizzes. Your personalized result is unlocked after payment. Quizzes are provided for entertainment and general self-reflection purposes only — they are not psychological, medical, or professional advice of any kind, and the Service does not create any professional relationship with you.

We do not guarantee any particular accuracy, clinical validity, or outcome from a quiz result. Results are generated from your own answers using rules we publish nowhere else; treat them as a fun, reflective prompt, not a diagnosis or assessment.

• You may take a quiz without an account. Viewing a paid result requires signing in with your email.
• You must provide accurate information and keep any credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.
• You are responsible for activity under your account or session.

Taking a quiz is free. Unlocking your personalized result requires a one-time payment shown at checkout.

• Prices are displayed at checkout before you pay.
• Payment unlocks the result for the specific quiz you just completed, not other quizzes.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Billing terms from that provider also apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or access it by unauthorized means.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service or its quiz content as a competing product.

The Service, its design, quiz content, and software are owned by EXK Software LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your result is yours to keep and share; these Terms do not transfer ownership of the underlying quiz content or Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any quiz result is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXK Software LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a feature.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to this venue.
